VAN TASTIK Unveils Debut Album "Church of The Fallen Reverend": A Genre-Defying Musical Journey for Halloween Weekend Experience the "Dark Delta Rock" of VAN TASTIK this Halloween as they unleash their debut album "Church of The Fallen Reverend," an audacious blend of Punk Blues, Blues Rock, Gothic Gospel and Dark Country. [dBs in Utrecht, 28 Oct 2023] — VAN TASTIK, a dynamic performer known for their electrifying stage presence, is set to unleash their debut album "Church of The Fallen Reverend" this October, auspiciously coinciding with the Halloween weekend. "Church of The Fallen Reverend" showcases VAN TASTIK's commanding gospel-style vocals, primeval mastery of guitar and unconventional instrumentation. It weaves a sonic tapestry that encompasses the vigour and bravado of Rock, Punk, Blues and Trash, with the distressed and enigmatic vintage touch of Southern Gothic. To create a genre they’ve dubbed “Dark Delta Rock”. The album delves into profound themes, inviting listeners on a journey through the mysteries of life, death and the human experience. Amidst the Darkness they passionately preach about, VAN TASTIK shines like a black sun, infusing their music with a magnetic energy that captivates and inspires like the traveling preachers of old they jump into the crowds to seek that complicity with audiences that so eludes so many. This release is more than an album; it's an artistic manifesto that redefines music. As the world reawakens from its Covid Slumber, VAN TASTIK's debut album is a beacon of unapologetic creativity and honesty inviting all folks to join The Fallen Reverend’s travellin' Church. Join us in celebrating the album's release this Halloween weekend.
