Rising from The Hague’s underground scene, THE VELCRO crashes surf, punk and psychedelic fuzz into an unpredictable, explosive sound. Known for their raw energy, ripping guitars and live shows that dissolve the barrier between band and audience, they turn every stage into a whirlwind of sweat, mosh pits and pure chaos. In 2025, THE VELCRO firmly claimed their place in the Dutch alternative scene. Their own Velcro Fest drew a wild crowd to The Hague, and 3voor12 called their performance “a lesson in how to throw a party.” With a finalist spot at the Nobel Award and as support act for MAD FOXES, THE VELCRO proves they’re ready for the next step. Their sound is raw yet deliberate, energetic yet full of dynamics, a band that doesn’t just play but creates an experience. THE VELCRO is more than just a name. It’s a storm of adrenaline that pulls you in whether you like it or not. Catch them live, feel the heat and see why THE VELCRO is here to stay.
