State of the Art is a blues-based trio formed by three northern gentlemen who live and breathe music. They started out simply jamming together, but it didn’t take long before an unbreakable connection was born. This groove is the foundation of their music.

They love every minute on stage, sharing their passion with the audience through raw energy, tight grooves and heartfelt performances. In times dominated by electronic beats, State of the Art goes back to the roots. Drawing inspiration from old school funk, Roots and Rhythm ’n Blues, they create fresh, original music that proves these classic styles are still truly state-of-the-art.
