So-Fi is the musical alter ego of Sophie Reekers (Rotterdam, 1992). As a ninetees kid she started listening to Eels and Gorillaz and never really stopped. There would come other artists to admire (like Talking Heads, Aldous Harding, golden oldies from the sixties and eighties and many more) but nothing would influence her own writing and recording process like those two first loves. Now she has collected a bunch of funny instruments, shaky guitars, funky little synths and drumcomputers, to help her make the Lo-Fi So-Fi sound. With an EP 'Maar Verder Gaat Het Goed' on the horizon the first singles In M'n Hoofd and Apparaat are merely a taste of what's soon to come.
