Simon van Genderen

Simon van Genderen is a singer-songwriter from Etten-Leur, the Netherlands. Van Genderen started writing songs in the summer of 2013. From December 2017 onwards, Van Genderen decided to perform and release his songs as Grey Storm. He has performed in various places in the Netherlands and landed his first paid headline gig, which was later released as a live album, after only visiting to open mic nights. In April 2018, Grey Storm turned into a band, which in December of that year rebranded to Blue Vultures. With that, Van Genderen decided to release and perform his songs under his own name. Van Genderen has released a live album, recorded at The Lullabye Factory in Amsterdam in 2020. Later that year, he dropped a single called 'How Does It Feel?' which will be on his self-produced 'In Isolation' EP. The EP covers the theme of lockdown as a result of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will be released 12 March 2021.
