Saint Suburbia start playing together in 1994 in Austin, Minnesota under the name Best Intentions. That incarnation of the band included Kris, Neil, and Wade. They played a lot around southern Minnesota until late 1997 when the band members decided to go their own ways. Over the next 16 years they worked on other various musical projects across Minnesota. Then, in 2013, Kris, Neil, and Wade got together to start playing music together again, just like the old days. Daniel joined the band in 2014 rounding out the current lineup. During the pandemic and quarantine of 2020, the band decided to create its first album, Road To Nowthen. This was recorded at Behemoth Recording Studios with the help of Robert Hilstrom in April 2021, and was released that July. It’s a bend of classic rock and alternative country to form their version of Americana rock.
