Showman Rover Onslow (2005) is a hopeless romantic, looking for love in the rough and rowdy alleys of Amsterdam. He just can’t seem to keep it to himself, so he puts it in his mesmerizing music, ranging from jazzy acoustic folk, via orchestral 70’s pop to raw alt-rock. His first EP is all wrapped up, and will be rolled out at the beginning of 2026. It contains 4 songs, on which Rover plays most of the instruments himself. The stylistic atmosphere is reminiscent of artists like Todd Rundgren, Brian Wilson, Cameron Winter and Chet Baker. Live, he harmonizes with his cozy lady friends and his trusted brass brothers.
