Raw Edges (formerly known as Steezy) is a Dutch alternative rockband that was founded in 2012. After 10 years of playing as a successful coverband in different venues all across the country, the band now releases its first EP ‘Roosters’, containing solely original material. The band’s music can be characterized as tasty, funky, sweet and sexy. But above all, raw and edgy. Influences are artists such as Jack White (The White Stripes), Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys), and Russell Marsden (Band of Skulls). Raw Edges is formed by Nick Kerkhoff (guitar & vocals), Sander Hensbergen (bass & backing vocals) and Laurens den Hollander (drums).
