Founded in 2018, Powersmoke was M.I.A. for a few years, but now, awoken from a long sleep and with different musicians, a worthy band now exists. ''PowerSmoke'' is the brainchild of Rutger Loots (Ganos Lal, Marcius Megalomania and Ratsmodee). Drawing influences from Queens of the Stone Age, Tenacious D, Wolf People, Porcupine Tree and Nine Inch Nails.''The Hired Goons'' have been amassed from other amazing bands from Leeuwarden like ''Blondeau'', ''ModEnv'', ''Ganos Lal'', ''Marcius Megalomania'' and ''TerZiele''.
