Oskar "Osi" Zakrzewski is an Amsterdam-based producer, musician and songwriter. With his debut single "Midnight", Osi aims to create a collective of the best "Cats" to be found in the music scene of the Netherlands. The Single is a beautiful collaboration between Osi and Soesja Toehpah, who wrote the lyrics that started Midnight. Soesja is a Dutch Singer-Songwriter who can often be found in the music scene of Leiden. On their debut single Osi and Soesja work together with some of the most talented jazz musicians of this era, like multi-instrumentalist , drummer , guitarist Richard Coesoij, known from fusion group , and Bass player Michel Beeckman, known from groups like or . The single has been recorded in a church in the picturesque city of Delft, which inspired Osi to gather a group of backing singers (Kim van Eekelen and Carmen Coster), led by Daan Achterberg who helped Osi out with a marvellous arrangement for the backing choir.
