Jaro

Jaro is a versatile musician whose distinctive compositions bring a fresh breeze to the electronic music scene. From his home base Amsterdam, he crafts a unique sound that seamlessly blends organic live elements with refined electronic production. In 2022, Jaro participated in Popronde and was selected as one of the tal- ents by the acclaimed music magazine OOR, performing among other shows at the closing event in Melkweg. Early 2024 his second EP of “Morning Light” came out. Later that year, he released two remixes, in collaboration with pi- anist XA4, of “Train I” and “Etude No. 5” by composer Philip Glass, published on the renowned label Orange Mountain Music. In the spring of 2025, Jaro teamed up with Malvae for their collaborative EP “Division”, released on Tabula Rasa. For 2026, his debut release on Anjun- adeep is scheduled, featuring a new collaboration with Talee. Earlier this year, Jaro returned to Portugal, the country where he spent much of his youth, to work on his debut album.
