KeyCult consisting of Lars Broekman, Freja Heijmans, Cas Vervoort and Olaf Wijnhoven is a young high energy indie- / poprock band based in Tegelen (Netherlands). They started playing together in march 2023 when they were just 15/16 years old, they immediately clicked and they started writing songs together. Their debut single 'Love and Other Lies' was created in september 2023 and was loved by audiences, they even won the Kunstbende Voorronde in Limburg because of their song and the passion and happiness they always project on stage. As a result of winning the Kunstbende Voorronde they played their biggest show yet, in the Melkweg in Amsterdam! Now they've just released their first single 'Love and Other Lies', 1,5 year after it was born. Following the single they will release an EP and there will be much more to look forward to! This band has grown into their own unique sound and have much more to show the world! But the most important thing for them is to simply have fun.
