Isaac Roux is the indie folk project of singer-songwriter Louis De Roo. Poetic lyrics, warm guitar picks and subtle, dreamy electronica succeed in describing his feelings and experiences perfectly, reflecting happiness and sadness at the same time. After two years of writing, Isaac Roux is ready to unleash his music finally on the world. Debut single White Rose (set for release on Nov 30th) starts with a catchy dobro melody and slowly builds up to a dreamy indie folk song, yet he shows his fair bit of grit. It’s the first part of an EP produced by Pieter-Jan Decraene (Rhinos Are People Too, Sam de Nef) that will be released in 2023. Isaac Roux won the Public Prize at Humo’s Rock Rally 2022.
