Wesper is a DJ, composer, producer and creator of music videos from Vlaardingen, Netherlands. After he visited Berlin in summer 2006 and visited some clubs there, he started to compose minimal dubby loops, creating a completely self-composed set. His tracks have been influenced by uptempo-electro, Basic Channel minimal deep dub and spheric original soundtracks from movies. Wesper has performed in a number of countries such as Belgium, France, Malta and Sri Lanka. His mixes have been broadcasted in Germany, Argentina and Japan. Wesper has released several EPs on netlabels and he also made remixes for other DJ/producers. Since 2005, Wesper has produced various music videos in which some well-known dutch models made an appearance. Also, he composed music and shot videos to promote the city of Dunkirk in France. From 2017 to 2020, he hosted his weekly tech-house radio show in France. By 2019, Wesper released the song “Il Reste Le Vainqueur”, a shoegaze/electropop chanson, showing that Wesper has more to offer than only dance music. In 2021, he released the feel-good summer vibes song "No Escape From Summer", an electrofunk track accompanied by a music video. In November 2021, a complete new album by Wesper will be released, entitled "World Echoes In The Ionosphere" . All tracks have been composed during the lockdown period, and is a showcase of progressive house and tech house.
