Deafened To Death is a hardcore band from Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. The band was founded by Dylan Luci Wolters (guitar) and Olav Spin (bass) from the grinding deathcore band Kletus, and was initially a side project during the COVID pandemic in 2020. Jim Smit (drums) joined the band shortly after the band was formed. After trying out various vocalists, Arend Rondaan joined the group to become the first permanent frontman. The recording of their debut album started right away, and was released during the summer of 2024. D.T.D writes straight forward hardcore. No nonsense, no bullshit.
