Cézanne paints musical landscapes with her lyrics and melodies. She explores her mind and identity through expressions of genre and lyrical subjects, ranging from smooth RnB love songs to electronic neo-soul, questioning societal norms. Being soothed through many aches, India.Arie's music has inspired Cézanne to write about the transformation that comes from self reflection. Cézanne's way of making music is a tangled process of thinking, writing, feeling and embodying. Her wish is that the honey sweet advices she gives herself can be a balm to others too. Currently Cézanne is working on her first EP which will be released June 2022.
