Feb 14 2022, the Leiden based Ācīd Rēflūx saw its first stage in a grimey basement. Since then they've projected their grunge/punk influenced sound into DIY venues, clubs and stages. With a fighting fist the boys do whatever is in their power to keep the Leiden DIY punkscene alive. The powerfull riffs, punchy basstones, screaching vocals and peppy drums show clear inspiration from bands like Soundgarden, Nirvana, Green Day and Foo Fighters. The threesome consisting of; punk addict Puck (bass), classic rock cat Huub (Drums) and grungehead Rikkert (guitar, vocals) released their debute EP DIXI on october 28 2023 and are sending out signals that the shitshow is far from over.
