The Bard known as Bart Zeal is a druidic composer and lyricist from The Netherlands. With his fantasy-folk style, he gives ancient Pagan traditions a modern twist and appeals to his audience with stories about fairytale worlds. He plays music to give the listener a melodic respite from the mundanity of everyday life by connecting his audience with lost voices from a distant past. After dedicating the year 2023 to Druidry and the "Eightfold Wheel of the Year", Bart continues to live by the ways of Druidry; receiving major inspiration from mythical tales of The Otherworld and attending the eight ceremonies of the year in an effort to connect deeper with the world around him. While creating music to share and enhance his beliefs, he is still active in covering themes from medieval-fantasy/vikings pop culture; drawing inspiration from films, books, and video games in this genre.
