Anne Nederhoed (1996) is a singer-songwriter from the south of The Netherlands. She started writing songs as a young girl as a way to deal with life and all the big emotions that come with it. After performing those songs in intimate settings as a solo singer-songwriter for many years, she took a break from releasing and writing music to rediscover her sound. She wanted her music to show more of her personality than just the depressed teenager she used to be. She wanted to create songs that felt lighthearted while still being meaningful. To be honest, she just wanted to have a bit more fun with writing and performing her music. After a bit of soul-searching and two years of writing and (re)recording, she released her debut EP 'Outgrown' in September 2023. A pop record about growing up and finding your place in the world as a twenty-something-year-old. The EP now has over 300.000 streams on Spotify and the single "I Don't Know What I'm Doing" has been featured in the 'EQUAL Netherlands" playlist. Together with her band Anne Nederhoed creates a fun, lighthearted atmosphere with her contagious enthusiasm.
